Research shows most initiatives fail because the initiative was underwhelmed. Persistent and resistant behaviors often are at the root of failed initiatives.

Unless and until training and development professionals understand the barriers to overcoming persistent and resistant counter-productive behaviors, they should not anticipate a change.

During our presentation on March 19, we will explore the research behind the six categories of influence that keep problem behaviors in place. We will also learn how to marshal the six sources of influence to work for us instead of against us.

This effective process from the New York Times Best Seller: Influencer will be the focus of our meeting. We will learn powerful and proven strategies to bring about rapid and lasting change.
