ATD Greater Cleveland is again playing host to ATD's Training Certificate Program.
Coming to the Hyatt Independence October 19 - 21, ATD's Training Certificate prepares new trainers with critical training skills, and introduces seasoned practitioners to the latest techniques for delivering powerful training.
Discover how to use the essential 4Ps of training in this three-day workshop: Purpose & Assessment, Planning & Preparation, Presentation & Facilitation, and Performance & Evaluation.
After this program, you will:
- Learn the basics of adult learning theory and instructional design methodology.
- Gain a foundation in conducting a needs assessment, developing learning objectives, and evaluating the impact of your training initiatives.
- Learn and apply effective training techniques for managing participants, engaging a variety of learning styles, and creating an effective positive learning environment, and managing classroom challenges.
- Develop engaging training solutions that are learner-centered.

Who Should Attend?
The program is great for new trainers, experienced trainers who have not had formal education in training, or those needing a refresher to improve their classroom techniques and methods to transfer learning to work situations.
