The ATD Greater Cleveland Board welcomes you to the 2015 - 2016 program year! What better way to get started than to explore ice breakers?
Ice breakers are an important piece to the learning puzzle. They help set up and kick start a training session or event. They help people to get to know each other, create buy-in, and become more engaged so they can contribute more effectively towards a successful outcome. Ice breakers also help the facilitator assess the audience’s knowledge or experience with the subject matter.
Join us at our first program event of the year on Thursday, September 17, with ATD Greater Cleveland member Kathy Telban. You will experience several ice breakers and we will examine what makes an effective ice breaker, how to create or adapt one and think about the “ice” that needs to be broken.
