What is the Trainer Throw-down? 

Four contestants (or four teams up to 3 members per team) will present an original, entertaining, and engaging program that teaches. Each contestant has 8-15 minutes to show something from his or her bag of tricks. It could be a killer icebreaker, a way to engage the audience, a coaching technique, or anything else that will WOW the audience.

Each contestant's program will be judged by the audience on originality, entertainment, learning value, and engagement.
