Many of us have read, heard, and seen a rising tide of leaders in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons: for misleading regulators and investors; for cutting corners; and for failing to detect, correct, or prevent unethical or illegal conduct in their organization! If it seems like more leaders are getting cast aside amid ethical missteps or corporate scandals, they are.
