About your facilitator:
Bob Vaughn is Professor Emeritus of Management and a former department chair and dean at Lakeland Community College in Northeast Ohio. He has done in-house training for over 100 companies and professional organizations, and worked with over 3,000 individuals to help improve their training skills. Dr. Vaughn has been a long term member of the Greater Cleveland Chapter of ASTD / ATD, a fifteen year board member and three time president of the group. His books on training and decision making have sold nearly 15,000 copies. This is an updated version of his program which has been presented at two ATD international conferences and several other venues.
