  • This rate is for current ATD Greater Cleveland members and includes all member types. Please note: If you do not register prior to the program, walk-ins will be charged the non-member rate, regardless of member status, and attendance can not be guaranteed.
  • To participate in chapter reciprocity, current members of any ATD Chapter in Ohio should use this option. A registration code is required; please contact the ATD Greater Cleveland chapter office for code information.
  • For attendees who are not current members of the guests, non-members, national ATD members, and any members who are paying at the door.
  • Those members who are part of ATD and the Chapter membership.

CPLP Roundtable

You have heard about it, the Certified Professional in Learning & Performance. But have you wanted to do a more in-depth look at the credential and find out if it is right for you?  Well, join us for the interactive session as we explore the ATD Certification Institutes' program for a CPLP and the new APTD (Associate Professional in Talent Development).   We will also hear the new title of CPTD (replaced the CPLP) fits into the model. This review also discusses the new Capability Model and items you need to know.

We will have information for you during the session on the process and next steps. We will also discuss having our own study group for those that would like to prepare for your own certification.

UPDATE: March 12, 2020

Due to an overabundance of caution, and to protect our members, the Board has chosen to move this meeting to a Virtual Meeting using Adobe Connect. IF you have already registered, we will be sending you the new connection information shortly. We are also modifying the pricing since we are doing this remote. We will contact you your payment if you've already registered.

We are doing everything to keep you all safe and with the current climate, we know that businesses are restricting staff from attending outside events. We wanted to still give you a tool for your professional development. So, why not capitalize on the technology and give it a shot?  We look forward to having you join us remotely!

ATD Certification Institute - The presentation will start with Morgean Hirt presenting the new changes to the program.  

Chapter CPLP Members will also be in the room to answer questions on the process and everything you wanted to know about becoming certified.
