Leveraging Agile to Transform Your Training Team
In today’s dynamic environment, implementing agile ways of working can transform a training team from working in a reactive mode to a responsive mode. One of the greatest benefits a training team can gain is the ability to plan and account for their work in a manageable two-week timeline. Being able to tell your customers the date when their request will be completed is another benefit that comes from working in agile. The dedicated time to review and reflect on the past two weeks drives continuous improvement and best practices.

Although, he really thrives when creating instructions for continuing education. As a scrum master, he leads the training team through sprint planning, showcase, and retrospective meetings resulting in collaborative work distribution, higher morale, and continuous improvement.
