During this session you’ll learn how to integrate change management into your learning design process to achieve greater success. This session centers around an innovative case study where a failed learning program was successfully relaunched and resulted in a 700% return on investment. Following along with the case study, you’ll work through one of your own learning programs and leave the session with a draft change management plan for that program.
