Learning Programs that Drive Business Impact - Integrating Change Management into Learning Design

Providing learners with the knowledge and skill to practice new behaviors doesn’t always translate to behavior change or business results. That’s why change management is an essential piece of any learning program.  During this session you’ll learn how to integrate change management into your learning design process to achieve greater success.  This session centers around an innovative case study where a failed learning program was successfully relaunched and resulted in a 700% return on investment.  Following along with the case study, you’ll work through one of your own learning programs and leave the session with a draft change management plan for that program.

Upon completion of this program, you’ll be able to:

  • Describe the importance of change management to successful learning programs
  • Explain the ADKAR model of change management
  • Apply the ADKAR model to one of their learning programs
