Understanding the fundamentals of improvisation enhances core communication within personal and professional settings. Improvisation requires participants to think on their feet, be in the moment, and use enhanced active listening skills, all of which play a role in our success in the work we do daily. In this workshop, participants will gain an understanding of how to fully embrace "YES, AND" and other core principles from improv for increased collaboration, trust, and enhanced team dynamics.

Elizabeth Pugel Runevitch is an executive leadership development practitioner, with over 20 years’ experience, who helps professionals shine in business. She is the owner of Pugel Enterprises, LLC and a Sr. Learning Partner at Cleveland Clinic. She is passionate about leadership development, public speaking, facilitation, self-development, and career development. Since she was a young girl, she has been passionate about the theater and as an adult found Improv to be an invigorating balance between personal growth and professional expansion.
