Getting Comfortable with the Uncomfortable in L&D Measurement

Many learning practitioners fail to tap into the power of analytics because of their discomfort with one or more elements associated with the measurement and evaluation process.  This session will review topics like ROI, benchmarks, self-reported data, impact indictors, negative data, low impact learners, NPS, AI, and roughly reasonable.  The goal is to dispel the myths behind these and make what is considered uncomfortable to many comfortable and confident to all.

We’ll cover:

  • How to identify measurement areas holding us back and overcome them
  • Speak with more confidence and comfort around measurement
  • Engage and Empower others through measurement

Whether you're working with strict brand standards or just tired of cookie-cutter eLearning, this session will give you the tools and inspiration to make Rise work harder (and look better) for your learners.

This session ties to the ATD Capability Model in all three (3) of the areas:

  • Professional
  • Personal
  • Organizational
