If one is to lead an organization to sustainable success, then one needs to learn the skills, values, and daily habits of two organizational gardens.

The first garden, the technical garden, is where everyone focuses first. The second garden, the culture garden, is less tangible and measurable but is equal in importance to the technical garden.

Successful organizational leaders know how to tend both gardens and do so with a consistency that ensures both gardens bloom with success. Human Resource professionals serve as the Culture Coaches to healthy, growing, vibrant organizations. It is the essential role of human resources to ensure that leaders and managers maintain culture as a priority with habits and systems to support all elements of culture.

Greater Cleveland ASTD welcomes Leslie Yerkes, President of Catalyst Consulting group,
who will share her perspective on culture and leadership in this thought-provoking program.

Who should attend? Organizational Development Professionals, Human Resource Professionals, Organizational Culture Leaders, Training Managers, Learning & Development Specialists, Directors of Training/Learning & Development, Change Management Professionals, and for those responsible leading culture and change at any level and in all types of business.
