About Lori Klepfer
Last year's Greater Cleveland ASTD's president and this year's Executive Director, Lori is the founder of LJK Consulting, LLC. She has over eighteen years experience as an instructional designer, technical communicator, and learning strategist.
She has consulted with Fortune 1000 and middle-market companies within the greater Cleveland, OH and greater Pittsburgh, PA area.
About Kathy Telban
Kathy is an Outcome Strategist for iSOLVit, LLC, who helps individuals, organizations, and communities improve their outcomes by creating or improving strategies, partnerships, organizational architecture, and learning solutions. A unique methodology of Solve it by Involvement is one of iSOLVit's key tenets.
With 20 years of industry experience and 15 years in higher education, Kathy uses her multi-dimensional background to help organizations improve their outcomes where everyone matters to achieve their vision.
About Cynthia Parish
Cynthia is an accomplished, creative, results-oriented leader with experience encompassing human resources functions including training & organizational development, coaching, talent management, performance management, succession planning, recruitment, benefits, and wellness, in multi-cultural environments in California and Ohio.
Cynthia brings new and innovative approaches to organizations and is focused on quality, service and continuous improvement with her background as a leader, supervisor, manager, and director in non-profit, higher education and corporate environments.
About Deborah Whitman
Deborah began teaching math and science in 2008 in a challenging alternative school. In 2012, she was forced to reconsider her career choice after experiencing a reduction in force.
To build her resume, she taught G.E.D. classes, joined ASTD, attended ASTD's Train-the-Trainer course, networked with informational interviews, and began a Master's course at the University of Akron for Teaching and Training Technical Professionals. Her networking led Deborah to her current role as a Training Coordinator at University Hospitals.
