  • This rate is for current Greater Cleveland ASTD members and includes all member types. Please note: If you do not register prior to the program, walk-ins will be charged the non-member rate, regardless of member status, and attendance can not be guaranteed.

Our presenter, Jennifer Cohen, SVP of Leadership Development at Ratliff & Taylor, has 30 years experience in Talent Development with a passion for assisting professionals in finding opportunities that let them thrive professionally and personally.

Jennifer will review the critical components of a job search including creating effective resumes, using LinkedIn and Twitter, accessing the power of networking (even when you hate to!), and building your brand.

About Jennifer Cohen

Jennifer brings over 29 years of diverse Human Resources experience working in corporate, public, and non-profit organizations. Her background is concentrated in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources Management.

Jennifer also frequently works with organizations on facilitating strategic planning sessions, business meetings, training programs and team building initiatives. 

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from The Ohio State University. She is a graduate of Newfield Network's Foundations Coaching Program. Ms. Cohen is also certified in the use of Emotional Intelligence assessments and has extensive experience coaching individuals and groups to understand and leverage Emotional Intelligence to enhance their leadership impact.
